Our first Enduriss homes are coming soon. We are preparing shared living space and affordable housing where residents will share kitchens, living rooms, and everyday routines. Our planned homes will offer a welcoming foundation for connection, dignity, and a fresh start — safe, affordable housing to help residents transition to their next steps, with an open welcome for those who choose to stay long term and make one of our homes their permanent residence.
Monthly housing fees

- $1,050 / month
Private rooms have limited availability and are not offered in every home. Housing is coming soon; beds and rooms are not available yet.

In our planned homes, each resident will have their own bed and dresser chest, along with a Welcome Home Essentials Hygiene Basket on move-in day. Shared kitchens and living spaces will bring everyday comfort and connection. Both room options include utilities, trash service, water, cable, and internet.

You own the home — Enduriss leases it as your single tenant. Monthly rental payments directly from Enduriss under a long-term leasing agreement, minor repairs handled by us, and an on-site house manager who helps keep the property in good order. Tell us about your rental and we’ll explore a partnership.
